8/1/‘24 – Hello, August!
A new month is a great time to refocus. What’s something you’ve been putting off that you need to work on?

For me, it’s meditation. The past few months, I’ve been all over the place with my focus and energy. This month, I want to get back to meditating, starting with 5 minutes a day and slowly increasing the time. I’ll also be paying more attention to my yoga sequences.
